A burger and a beer. Always a good option. But what about a burger and a glass of good red wine—cabernet that is. Big meaty burgers marry well with Cab. Of course a burger is just not a burger. A recent article in the Star Tribune describes a burger that’s…well, that’s not ordinary by any means. Opening in 2007 in an economic downturn, Klein added a burger to his menu. Expensive French food was on the wane and pocket books were a tad lighter. A $15 burger was more appealing that high-ticket choices such as Rack of Lamb or Filet Mignon. See the full story.
