In many places throughout the U.S., summertime temperatures are already starting to be felt. Take Oregon for instance, 96 degrees the first week in June is right on the edge of unbearable. The best part of the day becomes the first two hours after sunrise. That’s also the best time to have what many call, “the most important meal of the day—breakfast.”
As is always the case, there are leftover wild game cuts in the freezer form last year’s hunt. Now’s a good time to turn those cuts into some world-class sausage to serve with meals such as: sausage, egg and hashbrowns; sausage and pancakes; sausage and egg breakfast tacos; and sausage omelets.
